The Escali thermometer is extremely compact which folds down to approximately 4.5” making it extremely portable and the perfect size for a pocket. Despite its small size, it boasts a large backlit display that is easy to read in all lighting conditions and viewing angles. A magnet on the back of the unit can attach the thermometer to a grill or other metallic object to keep the thermometer within arm’s reach when cooking and a hanging hole allows for storage on a hook keeping the unit from bouncing around in a kitchen drawer.
